Subject: Thank You for Funding Our 9th Grade Field Trip to the Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center
Please forward this message to the North Fork Reform Synagogue congregation members who made this trip possible. We are working on a school newspaper article and student feedback; a more formal thank you is coming.
On behalf of our students, faculty, and administration, I want to express our deepest gratitude for the generous support in funding the 9th-grade field trip to the Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center. Thanks to your generosity, every 9th-grade student had the invaluable opportunity to participate in this powerful learning experience without any cost barriers.
This field trip has left a lasting impact on our students. The personal stories, historical facts, artifacts, and powerful images they encountered have sparked meaningful conversations and reflection, enriching their understanding of history and its relevance to the issues we face today.
We understand that missing a day of class is not always easy to justify, but this experience was truly worth it. It provided a level of insight and empathy that is difficult to achieve within the confines of the classroom. Thanks to your support, our students gained a broader and more compassionate worldview.
Thank you again for making this profound experience possible. We are incredibly grateful for your partnership in educating and inspiring our students. We look forward to the next trip for our 10th-grade students in May.
Warm regards,
