North Fork Reform Synagogue began in 1992 with a tiny group of founding members. They ran an ad inviting anyone interested in starting a Reform Synagogue to attend a meeting. A surprising number of us did. Now, many years later, we are welcoming the fourth generation into our special congregation. In 2022, we will be celebrating our 30th anniversary!
Previously unaffiliated members have joined NFRS to enjoy the intellectual and cultural stimulation offered in its services and programs. Our congregation invites participation, challenging thought, stimulating ideas, new concepts, quiet introspection and reflection.
