Annual dues are $500/year for a family and $350/year for an individual. If you wish to become a new member, please complete an application (click on “Application” tab under “Membership”) and pay your annual dues using the form below. You may pay your dues by check or by credit card. If you pay by check, please make it payable to the North Fork Reform Synagogue. Current members, please complete the form below to pay your annual dues.
