A new book, Kantika, by Elizabeth Graver describes a Sephardic Family odyssey from Constantinople to Queens. The book has been inspired by the 20th-century migrations of her grandmother.  A dazzling Sephardic multigenerational saga moves from Istanbul to Barcelona, Havana, and New York, exploring displacement, endurance, and family as home.  Ellen Zimmerman will lead the discussion.
