Jerry has another fascinating program for us. But this time it is not a play! It is a fascinating program about the relationship between President Roosevelt and Rabbi Wise. The brilliant, charismatic, now largely forgotten Rabbi, who knew everybody of consequence in the first half of the 20th century, most consequentially President Roosevelt. He wanted to use his access to power to save the European Jews from the Holocaust.
He failed. Roosevelt did not care.
