The North Fork Foodie Tour Online Auction is back!Last year’s Online Auction was a great success due in no small measure to your generous donations. This year, the Online Auction will run from September 1 through September 11, the day of the Foodie Tour, when we will announce the winning bids.
We are asking all our members and friends to donate an item or two that we can auction off. Items could include:
- Zoom or in-person lessons with your particular skill, such as guitar or piano lessons, photography, bridge or golf lessons, cooking lessons or consultation by a Master Gardener.
- Gift certificates for a sail on your boat, dinner at a local restaurant, tour of a winery and discounted wine, vacation at your Florida condo, or a weekend on the North Fork.
- Other ideas could include beautiful items that you wish to donate, such as jewelry, works of art, or wine. And, of course, Ellen’s Challah Basket which was the top bidding item last year!
Here is what you need to do to donate to the Online Auction:
Take a photo or photos (3-4) of the item you are donating. Write a headline with a brief description and assign the value to the item. Please note that the starting bid will be half of the estimated value. Send all this to Amelia Little amelianicole1216@gmail.com and she will post it on our auction platform.
