Annual dues are $1,025/year for a family and $725/year for an individual which include a $125 fee for security. Annual dues are renewed on October 1st. If you wish to become a new member, please complete an application form (click ‘Membership Application”).
Current members may pay dues, using the form below, by check or by credit card. If you pay by check, please make it payable to the North Fork Reform Synagogue and mail it to the address shown on the form.
