There are other ways that you can donate to help guarantee the future of NFRS:
- Gift of Stock: a gift of publicly of publicly traded stock (long term) that has appreciated in value may allow you to take an income tax deduction while minimizing capital gains taxes.
- Gift from Your IRA: gifts directly from your IRA to the synagogue (up to a certain amount) may provide you with an income tax deduction while minimizing ordinary income tax on an IRA distribution.
