Walk The Fork

Let’s get together to stroll the lovely groomed paths at Hallock. It’s a pleasant walk through meadow and woods culminating with arrival at a sandy beach, and then an easy walk on a gravel path back to the parking area.

Assume an hour for this activity. Take precautions against ticks and wear sturdy shoes. Let’s meet in the parking area reached after a negotiable dirt road that extends from the back of the entry parking area near the park headquarters. The road can be found extending from the back end of the parking area, and it leads to another parking area from where the walking trails extend.

Please note that the Preserve is off Sound Avenue, just EAST OF Hallock Farm Museum.
